He is an exepert in how traditional companies can apply machine learning technology to boost their marketing conversion. In this capacity he has succesfuly advised the strongest brands such as such as Telenet, Het Nieuwsblad, JBC, Colruyt and VTM on how to use machine learning to boost the conversion of their consumer experiences. Additionally he also has a firm technological background which he obtained during his PhD in Computer Science (2015) based on joint research with Netflix on how to deploy machine learning to personalise consumer experiences.
Because of his collaboration with Netflix he also has a priviledged insight into how Silicon Valley companies apply machine learning in their user experiences.
