TVH prides itself on this personal relationship and communication with their customers, but this is an extremely time consuming process, given that TVH processes over 400 email orders per day, and that some information can only be found in previous communication. Using Natural Language Processing techniques, Brainjar was able to reduce the average time per order by more than 80%, saving up over 27 manhours per day and eliminating the repetitive process of having to look up information in long mailchains. In this presentation, we will go into the complete journey that led to our solution, from initial brainstorming to technical implementation and possible next steps.
